Once you have deployed the Locators, you can use the Focusing Locator to test and
validate that the location tracking works. To do so, keep the Focusing Locator connected
to the Quuppa network and follow the steps below.
In the menu bar at the top, open the Deployment menu and
select Show Focusing Locator.
Move the Focusing Locator around the tracking area and monitor the position in
the QSP.
Note:
The antenna of the Focusing Locator is directive (contrary to the tag
antenna, which is omnidirectional). In order to obtain good location
estimates, make sure that the antenna is not pointing away from the
nearby Locators.
Once you are done, stop the monitoring by opening the Deployment menu again and
selecting Hide Focusing Locator.
