Premium Support is an ongoing service which ensures Partner a prioritized and extended attention from Quuppa’s Technical Support team whenever there is a challenge with the Quuppa System in exchange of an annual subscription fee. The service guarantees a top priority for Partner’s support tickets, as well as right to request conference calls, remote desktop troubleshooting, and help in the project performance and binary and system logs review.

Tailored technical training program is ideal for Customers who wish to get their team efficiently onboarded for Quuppa Technology. The agenda evolves around generic Quuppa-training, and it may be also customized for a specific need or a project, or around some theme(s). This hands-on training is delivered by Technical Support Team, or other subject matter expert depending on the topic.

Stand-by Remote Support guarantees that a Partner has an instant project specific support available while deploying Quuppa System on-site. If all goes well, and support is not needed nor activated, Customer pays only the on-demand fee of 500€. If any issues arise, Customer activates the Service, and get direct access to a dedicated technical Quuppa expert, who helps to troubleshoot any challenges when deploying the Quuppa System on-site. To ensure the best possible starting point, this Service details shall be agreed two weeks prior to the D-day including the key details about the project, site, use case, and the best practices.

When Deployment windows are narrow, and there is no room for errors, Partner may leverage Quuppa’s On-site Deployment Support. This service will bring Quuppa Expert to join the Partner on-site during the site survey, system deployment, or general performance optimization. To ensure the best possible starting point, this Service details shall be agreed upon four weeks prior to the D-day in a SoW including the key details about the project, tasks, responsibilities and deliverables.

Project Planning, Review and Optimisation Service is created to ensure that Customers get their Quuppa Projects optimised. Depending on the stage of the project, Quuppa Experts can help the Customer either in planning the Quuppa project optimally (locator placement and sensitivity, coordinate systems, smart zones, temporary commands, etc.), or even in optimising an already deployed project for better performance.

Tag Pre-configuration service streamlines Customers’ delivery process by getting their Quuppa tags optimally configured prior to shipping. Service is available for all QT1-1 orders above 500 units, and it shall be ordered along with tags in question. Configurations to be used are: Asset tag, Badge tag, and Demo tag – custom configuration are agreed separately.

Quuppa offers its Tag Partners Modified Firmware Builds as a service. The purpose of the service is to modify Quuppa Firmware so that it is functionally optimised to Partner Tag hardware. Modification requirements must be clearly specified before placing the order. The invoicing of the service shall always be based on the actual time used, with minimum charge being 1500€. Each modified build will be tested by Quuppa, but Quuppa grants no warranties, updates, or future maintenance for the code.

Quuppa offers its Partners a tailored training about Tag Development and related topics. During the training Quuppa Experts shall give Partner a deep-dive on designing high quality AoA-Tag. This training can be built around 2-4 hands-on workshops which can include elements from hardware design (antenna, sensors and actuators), related firmware topics, use case driven mechanical design, or even about leveraging system level features when designing tag interactions. Training content shall be tailored upfront, and it will be delivered via videoconferencing.

Quuppa offers its Partners with support in their hardware and embedded software development. This service is offered on a time and material basis, with minimum charge being 1500€. Support is delivered by default via email, and videoconference if needed. Support is primarily focused on the Quuppa related elements, not e.g. custom antenna designs or implementing the drivers for the custom sensors. The goal and scope of the support project must be clearly specified before placing the order.

Quuppa tests and certifies partners’ tags to ensure their proper functioning with the Quuppa System. Once certified, Quuppa’s approval serves as a guarantee of Tags quality. This helps Partner to sell their tags and Quuppa to avoid performance problems due to the ill-performing tag. Each test has been described to the Partner to enable them to do tests internally prior to submitting the Tag for Quuppa certification. In addition to mechanical and functional tests, Quuppa tests antenna performance in a professional lab. The Certification fee is 3000€ including antenna tests. If Tag does not meet the criteria, the second certification attempt for the same tag (after the tag has been modified to meet the certification criteria) is priced at 1500 €. If Partner gets the antenna independently tested in the 3rd party lab as per Quuppa Antenna testing specifications the certification fee is reduced to 2000€.

The Professional Services offering does not change what has been agreed in existing Partnership Agreements, but rather enables Partners with a higher level of support or more tailored services for their specific needs.
All project-specific services (like deployments) are scoped upfront, including the level of support needed. Typically in On-Site Deployment Support, a Quuppa specialist will have a consultative role, excluding general project management.
